WHEW! It such a tiring day from work everyday, can't wait to plonk down to bed and fall asleep but thinking about payday makes work something I can look forward to. ^_^
Though I only have this little time left daily, I would love to do something I like or rather something that is relaxing from work. Sitting down getting screwed on the phone by customers who are misunderstood is something I need to live with and a job not to be trifled with.
People misunderstand that office jobs are slack, only hard labour people suffer, I beg to differ. Different jobs have their miseries or easiness in their way. Some is physical, some is mental. Some look like they having an easy job but behind the scenes they are having a hard time.
I still prefer this job, the challenge is to be able the take the screwing and not get pissed or personal over it especially when the conversation is on going. Screwing back is definitely a taboo no matter how wrong the customer is.
Trying to get understanding is not easy, customers misunderstand you often as they do not know the details, they base it around what is heard. So they tend to suppress you to meet their demands. It's always pain in the ass to deal with this group of "misunderstood" people as they make conclusions fast without a clear head. Not a big deal to me though, 'cause is within expectation.
Ah well, its another day over...Let me look on to a new day that fills me with trepidation to work. 'Coz now is bedtime..............zzzZZZZZZzzz
